Customized Remote Control Programming: Are you using more than one remote to operate your equipment? Do you feel it should be easier to watch TV, or listen to music? Do you find you don't take full advantage of your system because you don't know how to fully operate it? We believe a single remote control is one of the most important factors for enjoying your home entertainment system. We are experts in custom remote control programming. We'll program a single remote control so that you and your family can operate your home system exactly as you wish, customized for your individual components and the way you use your system. Imagine having only one remote control, and pressing a single button to watch TV, or watch a movie, or listen to your favorite music. Imagine pressing a single button to quickly and easily turn everything off.; Custom remote control programming may be provided regardless of geographical location. After we discuss in detail your equipment, and how you use your equipment, we'll choose the remote that best fits your needs, perform the custom programming, and return your remote to you via mail! After you receive your remote, give it a thorough test, and provide your feedback. We'll then perform any needed updates or fine-tuning, and you simply update your remote via the internet! It couldn't be any easier! All remote control programming updates remain complimentary for 30 days.
Optimal Component Connection and Setup: Most home audio video components have several options to connect to the hub of your system (usually an audio video receiver). In addition, most components have an internal menu that must be properly setup for your system to produce the highest audio video quality it is capable of. First Reflection Audio Video can review and properly connect and setup your components so that your entertainment system can give you its best possible picture and sound.

In addition, if you plan to add a new piece of equipment to your entertainment system, we can identify which model(s) best matches your budget and needs, and connect and setup your new equipment so that it provides the best picture and sound possible, including on-wall installation (mounting) of a new plasma or LCD HD display.
Optimal Speaker Setup: With multi-channel surround systems, your speakers need to be properly setup for optimum sound, including digital delay (the time it takes for the sound from each speaker to reach the primary listening position), channel level (the perceived loudness of each speaker relative to the primary listening position), speaker configuration (properly identifying whether your speakers are full range, and if not, at what frequency should the audio signal be directed to your subwoofer). First Reflection Audio Video can review and optimize your speaker setup so that your system sounds its best.

Home Theatre Design, Installation, and Optimized Setup: From design to installation, resulting in simple use and complete enjoyment, we will manage the entire project of your new home entertainment system, from a wall-mounted high-definition plasma or LCD, surround speaker system, 7.1 channel audio video receiver, a TiVo DVR, Slingbox, Blu-ray player, and power conditioner. And, of course, no home theatre is complete without a single remote. We will program a new universal remote control to operate your system just the way you want!
