Customized Remote Control Programming
Are you using more than one remote control to operate your equipment? Do you wish it could be easier to watch TV, or listen to music? Do you find you don't take full advantage of your system because you don't know how to fully operate it? We strongly believe a single remote control is one of the most important factors to enjoying your home entertainment system. We are experts in custom remote control programming. We'll program a single remote control so that you and your family can operate your home system exactly as you wish, customized for your individual components, and the way you use your system. Imagine pressing a single button to watch TV, or watch a movie, or listen to your favorite music. Imagine pressing a single button to quickly and easily turn everything off.
Custom remote control programming may be provided regardless of where you live. After we discuss in detail your components, whether they are in direct line-of-sight or in an enclosed cabinet, and how they are used, we'll choose the remote that best fits your needs, and perform the custom programming. With your remote in-hand, you install the software and download our custom programming via the internet. We'll then walk you through some basic testing to ensure the remote works as expected. If necessary, we'll make a few fine-tuning adjustments, which you then download to the remote. Usually 1-2 such cycles of testing and updates are required for perfect control. All remote control programming updates are complimentary for 30 days. It couldn't be any easier!
Optimal Component Connection and Setup
Most home audio video components have several options to connect to the hub of your system (usually an audio video receiver). In addition, most components (especially displays, receivers, and source components) have an internal setup menu that must be properly setup for your system to produce the highest audio and video quality it is capable of.
One of the most important settings in your receiver or processor is speaker setup. With multi-channel surround systems, your speakers need to be properly setup for optimum sound, including digital delay (the time it takes for the sound from each speaker to reach the primary listening position), channel level (the perceived loudness of each speaker relative to the primary listening position), speaker configuration (what speakers, including subwoofer, are present in your layout, and if applicable, the frequency the audio signal should be directed to your subwoofer).

If you plan to add a new piece of equipment to your entertainment system, or upgrade an existing component, we can recommend the model to best match your existing components, your budget and needs. And of course, we'll then provide optimal connection and setup.
Home Theatre Design, Installation, and Optimized Setup
From design to installation, including optimal and complete component setup, resulting in simple use and complete enjoyment, we will manage the entire project of your new home entertainment system. From a wall-mounted high-definition display, surround multi-speaker system, audio video receiver, a TiVo DVR, Slingbox, Blu-ray player, and power conditioner. And, of course, no home audio video system is complete without a single remote. We will program a new universal remote control to operate your system just the way you want!
